Refund Policy

Clear, transparent guidelines regarding dedicated deployment cancellations and hardware SLAs.

Vorlix offers robust physical infrastructure. Our refund rules are engineered precisely around the physical cost and labor of hardware allocation.

1. Digital Service Allocation

Because we allocate actual physical iron and secure network routes upon purchase, Vorlix provides highly customized digital server infrastructure. Due to the exactness of this resource allocation process, refunds are generally not supplied once a server has successfully finished network provisioning.

2. Unprovisioned Order Cancellation

  • Pending orders can occasionally be stopped manually by the billing department before resources engage an active state.
  • If the provisioning queue has not yet started operating on an OS, users are entitled to a full platform reversal.
  • Once control panel API commands install the OS framework, the server block is marked definitively as utilized.

3. Technical Exceptions (SLA Credits)

We believe in honoring our 99.9% uptime architecture constraint.

  • If your chassis faces localized network fragmentation or physical hardware decay preventing connection, standard SLAs apply.
  • Administrators should initiate a network health ticket. Confirmed technical breaches qualify the account for monthly metric prorating or service credits on the subsequent invoice cycle.

Payment Process Resolution: If an unforeseen discrepancy arises, please communicate straight via the dedicated Vorlix ticket systems before attempting a payment portal chargeback. Premature chargebacks violate our AUP and will lead to an instantaneous, irrevocable subnet suspension while the dispute clears via our corporate auditing gateway.
